                                                              Meen varuval Take a fresh vessel with fresh water , clean the fish pieces in the same thoroughly. Now ,Add  plain chilly powder to the above cleaned fish pieces and spread it well . Add some salt and spread it perfectly . keep the prepared fish pieces separately for  5mins of time ,so that the chilly powder and the salt well mixed with the fish pieces. Take a fresh pan ,pour some oil in a way that the fish piece should well immersed in the oil for frying. Once the oil is heated , add the fish pieces in numberings ( 4 to 5 pieces periodically at a time) and fry it well till the chicken pieces turns reddish in colour. Thus your Meen varuval  is ready. optionally you can add grinded paste of garlic and ginger along with the chilly powder for variety of taste. Needed Item: Fish  -250 g, Plain chilly powder - 50 g ,oil - 250 ml,salt -As of needed, Garlic - 5 cloves(optional) ,ginger- 50 g (optional).
