Todays Special: Vaththa kolambu
Vaththa kolambu
Take a vessel with 2 to 3 glass of water soak 20g of tamarind in it .allow it to soak well.
Take a fresh pan pour some oil and heat it up.once the oil is heated ,add sliced onions and mustard seed to it and fry it .
Add grinded mixture of coconut nuts to the above prepared mixture and spread it well.
Add sliced tomatoes and pour the soaked tamarind along with the water to the mixture.
Add 1 or 2 teaspoon of curry masala to make the mixture perfect curry and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to it .Now
Take a fresh pan pour some oil ,add dry turkey berries and fry it well.
Add the fried turkey berries along the oil to the curry prpeared.
Allow it to boil well till the curry gets reddish brown colour.
Your tastier Vaththa kolambu is ready.
Needed items : Tomatoes- 1 or 2 , Tamarind -20g,Coconut nuts-1 pieces,onion-150g ,Mustard seed -1/2 teaspoon,Fried turkey berries- 50 g to 100 g.
