Soyabeans Kaara kolambu
First clean the Soyabeans with clean water .
Take a fresh pan ,pour some oil heat it up ,once the oil is heated add sliced onions ,Ani seed ,Chilli and Soyabeans in it and fry it well for few seconds (maximum 30 seconds) (dont fry it for longer time ).
once the Soyabeans is fried ,add grinded mixture of coconut nuts,Ani seed( Ginger and garlic can also be added) .Spread it well.
Add 1 or 2 teaspoon of curry masala to make the mixture perfect curry and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to it .
Allow the curry to boil till it gets reddish brown colour.
Your tastier Soyabeans Kaara kolambu is ready.
Needed items : Soyabeans- 150 g,Tomatoes- 1 or 2 , Coconut nuts-1 or 2 pieces, Onion-100g ,Ani seed -1/2 teaspoon +1/2 teaspoon ,Ginger- 50g (Optional),Garlic - 10 cloves (Optional),chilli -5 nos, coriander leaves (Decoration).
