Karunakkelangu/Sepangkelangu Puli Kolambu
Take a vessel clean Colocaesia Yam/ Yam ,boil it well with fresh water and once boiled ,peel of its skin thoroughly. keep it separately.
Take a vessel with 2 to 3 glass of water soak 20g of tamarind in it .allow it to soak well.
Take a fresh pan pour some oil and heat it up.once the oil is heated ,add sliced onions and mustard seed to it and fry it well for few seconds.( till the onion turns colour).
Now add sliced tomatoes to the mixture and fry it well.
Add grinded mixture of coconut nuts and ani seed to the above prepared mixture and spread it well.
After ,add the soaked tamarind along with the water to the mixture prepared.
Add 1 or 2 teaspoon of curry masala to make the mixture perfect curry and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to it .
Allow the curry to boil till it gets reddish brown colour ,now add the Colocaesia Yam/ Yam to the curry and allow the same to boil for few seconds
Your tastier Karunakkelangu/Sepangkelangu Puli Kolambu is ready.
Needed items : Tomatoes- 1 or 2 , Tamarind -20g,Coconut nuts-1 pieces,Colocaesia Yam/ Yam- 150g ,onion-100g ,Mustard seed -1/2 teaspoon,Ani seed -1.2 teaspoon,
