Todays special :Sundal Kolambu

                                                         Sundal  Kolambu

To prepare sundal puli kolambu ,first  soak the Chick pea (Black /White ) in water the day before  (night ) you ready to prepare .

Clean the soaked chick pea with fresh water .

Take a pan  with water ,pour the cleaned chick pea in it and allow it to boil.

Grind a mixture of coconut nuts and Ani seed .

Once the chick pea is boiled well,pour the above grinded mixture and 2 teaspoon of curry masala in it & spread it well for perfect mix.

Add sliced tomatoes and chilli to the mixture ,allow it to boil well till it turns brownish red.

Add some salt  .

After take another pan pour some oil and heat it up.

Once the oil is heated ,add 1/2 teaspoon of Mustard seeds,sliced onions ,curry and coriander leaves an fry it well till onions turns brown.

Now pour above prepared mixture to the curry prepared and heat it for 5 to 10 seconds .

Thus Your delicious Sundal Kolambu is ready to serve.

Needed items : Tomatoes- 1 or 2 ,Coconut nuts-2 pieces,Chick pea-150g ,onion-100g ,Ani seed - 1/2 teaspoon ,curry leaves & coriander leaves (as required)
