Mochappayaru Puli kolambu
First clean the Lima beans thoroughly
Grind 2 or 3 pieces of coconut nuts along with the Ani seed.
Light your stove, keep your pan with oil and heat it up.
once the oil is heated,add the Lima beans along with 1/2 Tea spoon of Ani seed
then, add sliced tomatoes ,sliced onions and chilli ,curry leaves and coriander leaves to it .Make a deep fry till the onion turns brown.
Pour the grinded coconut nuts to the above mixture and add some water to it . spread it well for perfect mix.
Put 2 to 3 tea spoon of curry masala to the mixture. Add some salt.
Allow the mixture to boil till you get a reddish brown colour.
Thus Mochappayaru puli kolambu is ready to serve .
Needed items : Tomatoes- 1 or 2 ,Coconut nuts-2 pieces,Lima beans-150g ,onion-100g ,Ani seed - 1/2 teaspoon + 1/2 teaspoon,curry leaves & coriander leaves (as required)
