                                                      Kathirika Puli Kolambu

Take a vessel with 2 to 3 glass of water soak 20g of tamarind in it .allow it to soak well.

Take a fresh pan pour some oil and heat it up.once the oil is heated ,add sliced onions  and mustard seed to it and fry it well for few seconds.( till the onion turns colour).

Now add the Brinjal to the mixture and fry it well.

Add grinded mixture of coconut nuts and ani seed to the above prepared mixture  and spread it well.

After ,add the soaked tamarind along with the water to the mixture prepared.

Add sliced tomatoes.

Add 1 or 2 teaspoon of curry masala to make the mixture perfect curry and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to it .

allow it to boil well till the curry gets reddish brown colour.


Your tastier Kathirika Puli Kolambu is ready.


Needed items : Tomatoes- 1 or 2 , Tamarind -20g,Coconut nuts-1 pieces,Brinjal-150g  ,onion-100g ,Mustard seed -1/2 teaspoon.
