Todays Special :Muttai/Egg Puli Kolambu

                                                     Muttai/Egg Puli Kolambu

Take a vessel with 2 to 3 glass of water soak 20g of tamarind in it .allow it to soak well.

Take 2 to 3 eggs in a vessel with water boil it .once boiled ,keep the eggs separately .

Take a fresh pan pour some oil and heat it up.once the oil is heated ,add sliced onions  and mustard seed to it and fry it well for few seconds.( till the onion turns colour).

Add grinded mixture of coconut nuts and ani seed to the above prepared mixture  and spread it well.

After ,add the soaked tamarind along with the water to the mixture prepared.

Add sliced tomatoes.

Add 1 or 2 teaspoon of curry masala to make the mixture perfect curry and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to it .

allow it to boil well till the curry gets reddish brown colour.

Now,take the eggs remove the egg shells and drop it in the curry and allow the cuury to boil for seconds.


Your tastier Muttai/Egg Puli Kolambu is ready.


Needed items : Tomatoes- 1 or 2 , Tamarind -20g,Coconut nuts-1 pieces,Egg-2 to 3 Nos  ,onion-100g ,Mustard seed -1/2 teaspoon.
