Today's Special : Meen Kolambu

                                                             Meen Kolambu

Take a vessel with 2 to 3 glass of water soak 20 g of tamarind in it .allow it to soak well.

Now add sliced tomatoes  and crush it well with the tamarind.

Add grinded mixture of coconut nuts and Ani seed to the above prepared mixture  and spread it well.

Add 1 or 2 teaspoon of curry masala to make the mixture perfect curry and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to it .

Take a fresh pan pour some oil and heat it up.once the oil is heated ,add sliced onions,mustard seed and curry leaves  to it and fry it well for few seconds.( till the onion turns colour).

Now pour the prepared curry mixture to the heated oil and allow it to boil.

once the curry is boiled well ,add the sliced cleaned fish pieces in to curry and again allow the same to boil for few seconds

allow the boiling time till you get reddish brown colour.

Your tastier Meen Kolambu is ready .

Needed items : Fish- 250 g,Tomatoes- 2 or 3, Coconut nuts-1 or 2 pieces, Onion-100 g  ,Ani seed -1/2 teaspoon +1/2 teaspoon,Tamarind-20 g,curry leaves (as required).
