                                                              Butter beans Kaara kolambu

First clean the Butter beans with clean water .

Take a fresh pan ,pour some oil heat it up ,once the oil is heated add sliced onions ,Ani seed ,Chilli and Butter beans in it and fry it well for few seconds  (maximum 30 seconds) (don't fry it for longer time ).

once the Butter beans is fried ,add grinded mixture of coconut nuts,Ani seed( Ginger and garlic can also be added) .Spread it well.

Add 1 or 2 teaspoon of curry masala to make the mixture perfect curry and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to it .

Allow the curry to boil till it gets reddish brown colour.

Your tastier Butter beans Kaara kolambu is ready.

Needed items : Butter beans- 150 g,Tomatoes- 1 or 2 , Coconut nuts-1 or 2 pieces, Onion-100 g  ,Ani seed -1/2 teaspoon +1/2 teaspoon ,Ginger- 50 g (Optional),Garlic - 10 cloves (Optional),chilli -5 nos, coriander leaves (Decoration).
