Today's Special: Kari Kolambu

First clean the Mutton with clean water.

Take a fresh pan ,pour some oil heat it up ,once the oil is heated add sliced onions ,Ani seed ,the Mutton and fry it well.

Add some water to the fried mutton and allow the mutton to boil well.once the mutton is well boiled,

Add grinded mixture of coconut nuts,Ani seed( Ginger and garlic can also be added) .Spread it well.

Add 1 or 2 teaspoon of curry masala to make the mixture perfect curry and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to it .

Allow the curry to boil till it gets reddish brown colour.

Your tastier Kari kolambu is ready.

Needed items : Mutton- 250 g,Tomatoes- 1 or 2 , Coconut nuts-1 or 2 pieces, Onion-100 g  ,Ani seed -1/2 teaspoon +1/2 teaspoon ,Ginger- 50 g (Optional),Garlic - 10 cloves (Optional), coriander leaves (Decoration).
