Today's Special :Paasi Paruppu Sambar Alias Uppu Sambar
Step 1: Light your stove ,keep your pan with some water
Step 2: pour the cleaned Moong dhal (Paasi Paruppu ) in the pan
Step 3: Allow the dhal to boil well
Step 4: once its fully boiled put a tea spoon of turmeric powder and spread it for perfect Mix
Step 5: Add Sliced tomato,onion and green chilli .
Step 6: Allow the curry to overflow 2 times .Add some salt as of your need.
Step 7: Take fresh pan pour some oil heat it up ,add mustard seed and dry red chilli (Allow it for 2 or 3 seconds)
Step 8 : pour the above heated up oil to curry prepared .
Your Tastier Sambar is ready now serve it with chicken 65,omlet ,potato chips(or roasted) ,Egg Curry....... not but not least pickles.
Needed items:Tomato-100g,onion-150g,chilli-4 to 5 Nos ,coriander leaves if needed.Paasi Paruppu-100g,turmeric powder- teaspoon,mustard seed-1/2 tea spoon,dry red chilli-4 to 5 Nos.
Note : The items specified is enough only for 2 persons if Nos increase , increase the quantity .
